Freddie Mac reported Thursday that mortgage rates were down to an average of 3.92% (with an average of .6 points) this week, after tipping into the 4% range late December.  With limited inventory and  buyers ready to enter the spring market, I believe this will result in continued downward pressure on mortgage rates if , inventory levels remains low.  Keep posted!
